The Daecxvuion Promise

At Daecxvuion, we are committed to providing reliable kitchen products and a smooth shopping experience.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us for approval before sending any item back.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care or hygiene items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, we recommend:

Returning the original item (after approval)
Placing a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and delivery.


6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging and tags
Be accompanied by proof of purchase


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.


8. Refused Shipments & Dispute Resolution

If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact us first.

Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank, as this may delay the resolution process.
We are committed to resolving issues directly and efficiently.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company
Contact your bank

If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


10. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by us is required before sending any item back.
